Birthday Parties by SALC
As a fundraiser the Student Athete Leadership Council program offers birthday parties foor elementary age children. The SALC birthday party is an excellent opportunity for students to reinforce leadership and organizational skills learned at conferences and help offset fees to bring all school speakers to Keene High School.
The birthday party consists of the following:
- Organized activities and games in the gym. Children will be supervised at all times. Please contact Deb Gallagher in the Athletic Office at 352-0640 x3880. This is offered during the school year only.

| BLACKBIRDS TO PARTICIPATE IN OHT ~ OPERATION HAT TRICK
The Keene High School Softball team will don special Cammo jerseys and OHT hats
The Blackbirds will honor active military members along with all veterans and wounded warriors during the week ofMay 9-13 by weaing special camouflage jerseys and OHT hats. On May 11 at Foster Field vs. Brattleboro, the Blackbirds will participate in pregame ceremonies. Active service members, veterans and wounded warriors will throw out ceremonial first pitches before being given team signed softballs, OHT hats and jerseys, in addition to other specially planned activities.
OHT ( Operation Hat Trick ) raises awareness and support and has became a nationally recognized support event, in honor of Mike Koch and Nate Hardy, two navy seals killed in combat......
The pregame ceremonies begin at 3:30. The Colonels and Birds first pitch will be 4:15.
Special thanks to all active, former and wounded service members for unselfishly serving and making sacrifices that allow us the freedoms to soar our wings. Today, we say thankyou, May 11, your day we'll be honored to say thankyou during a ceremony that you'll remember forever !

Family ID bar is located on the left hand side of this page under Section 10. Click on their web site. If this is your first time for Family ID registration, click on Sign Up and click on Sign Up as a Family or Individual. Follow the steps - if there is a red asterisk, that means information needs to go in the box. You will need Doctor and phone number and Insurance information (Policy and number). Keep going until you reach the Confirm button. Click on the Confirm button and it will say that you are now confirmed. If you played a sport this year, you will need to log in and put in your e-mail address and password. Under Programs, put in Keene High School and check the sport your child wants to play. By typing in your child's name, it will automatically fill in the information you put in this past year except for the "I agree" signatures. If you have further questions, please contact me, Deb Gallagher at 352-0640 ext 3880. After 3:00 please call Family ID at 888-800-5583 ext 1.
Where sportsmanship is an expectation. So, let the players play, the coaches coach, let the officials officiate and let the spectators be positive! Loud, proud, and positive!
